We exist to serve you and your children with the best training in gymnastics and tumbling that we can offer. Gymnastics is a sport of strength, agility and grace. The skills learned while in classes provide a fantastic foundation if the child elects to participate in another sport activity. Besides gymnastics we are dedicated to building up the whole child - their self esteem and confidence, promoting positive social values, steadier balance, increased coordination and flexibility.

       You are welcome to stay at any time and watch your child. We have been offering gymnastic instruction to boys and girls ages 12 months to high school for over 30 years. Our instructors know how to teach the elements of gymnastics in a controlled, caring environment. Besides gymnastics, we conduct tumbling classes for cheerleaders so that they can perfect the required skills to be on a squad and you can also rent the gym for birthday parties. We strive to make this a place where all children are accepted- no matter what skills they possess or their ability level.
